By using the Mizar AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mizar is an AI assistant accessible through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. The Service provides conversational AI features including question answering, web search, calendar management, image understanding, and third-party integrations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mizar. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the system.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, hateful, or misleading content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

6. AI-Generated Content

Mizar uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You should verify important information independently. Mizar is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create. We retain ownership of the Mizar brand, software, and service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, HubSpot, etc.), you authorize us to access and process data from those services on your behalf. These integrations are governed by their own terms of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mizar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
