  • Account information: Your phone number, name, and email address when you sign up.
  • Conversation data: Messages you exchange with Mizar, including text and images.
  • Memory data: Preferences and facts you share with Mizar that are stored for personalization.

  • Integration data: Calendar events, CRM contacts, and other data from connected services.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Supabase and PostgreSQL for data storage with row-level security policies. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. AI & Model Training

We do not use your conversations or personal data to train AI models. Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) under strict data processing agreements that prohibit training on your data.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share data with:

  • AI providers for processing your messages (under DPAs).
  • Integration providers you have explicitly connected.
  • Law enforcement only when legally required.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we hold about you.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Export your conversation history.
  • Revoke integration permissions at any time.
  • Ask Mizar to forget specific memories.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Cookies

Our web dashboard uses essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
