New Integration: Google Calendar Sync

Today we're launching one of our most requested features: Google Calendar integration. You can now manage your entire schedule directly from WhatsApp.

How it works

Connect your Google Calendar from the Mizar dashboard (Integrations → Google Calendar → Connect). Once linked, Mizar has read and write access to your calendar, and you can interact with it using natural language.

What you can do

View your schedule

• •"What's on my calendar today?"
• •"What do I have this week?"
• •"Am I free on Friday afternoon?"
• •"When is my next meeting with Sarah?"

Mizar will pull your events and give you a clear, formatted summary.

Create events

• •"Schedule a team standup tomorrow at 9am"
• •"Add a dentist appointment on March 20th at 2:30pm"
• •"Book dinner with Alex on Saturday at 7pm at Osteria Francescana"

Mizar creates the event with the right time, title, and any details you include. It'll confirm the creation so you can verify everything looks correct.

Modify events

• •"Move my 3pm meeting to 4pm"
• •"Cancel tomorrow's lunch"
• •"Add a Zoom link to the team standup"

Smart reminders

• •"Remind me to prepare for the board meeting tomorrow morning"
• •"Set a reminder for Sarah's birthday on June 15th"

Mizar will either create a calendar event with a reminder or use its built-in reminder system, depending on what makes more sense.

Timezone intelligence

Mizar knows your timezone and handles conversions automatically. If you say "Schedule a call at 9am," it creates it at 9am in your timezone. If you say "Schedule a call with the London team at their 9am," it'll create it at the correct time in your calendar.

Privacy note

Mizar requests only the calendar permissions it needs — read and write access to your events. It cannot access other Google services through this connection. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings or the Mizar dashboard.

What's next

Google Calendar is the first of many integrations we're rolling out. Outlook Calendar is coming next, followed by integrations with CRM tools, email, and productivity apps.
